PCS ORDERS TO A NEW DUTY STATION? WE ARE HERE TO ASSIST!
- Our Lady of Mount Carmel School maintains student records in compliance with laws in the Commonwealth of Virginia and the federal government.
- Once orders have been received, please contact the main school office at 757-596-2754 or email. We are happy to assist military families in their transition to a new duty station and new school. We’ll miss you!
- Upon request from the new school, the official student records will be forwarded.
- Sealed, hand-carried records are possible for those military families moving OCONUS.
- Financial responsibilities must be met prior to the release of records. Tuition will be prorated for days in attendance for military families; Fees and incidental charges are payable in full for military families.
