Custodial Maintenance Technician
The Custodial Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing a variety of custodial and event set up duties that ensure Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church and School Campus will be maintained. Appearance, cleanliness and safety are essential. The facilities include, but are not limited to, the Church, School, Social Hall, Convent, and Rectory. The custodian responds to emergency calls for service, implements setup and takedown for a variety of OLMC campus events, resolves problems to ensure efficient and safe operations, and works closely with the entire staff to meet the custodial needs of the campus.
