Our Lady of Mount Carmel School has openings for a morning/afternoon route bus driver for the 2015-2016 school year, as well as substitute driver(s). Candidates should have a current CDL and have at least 2 years experience. Willingness to share driving on field trips is also required. Applications are available on the Diocese of Richmond Website. OLMC Cross Country 2015
Attention all RISING 5th through 8Th GRADE RUNNERS – Pre-season conditioning will be held August 17-20 (Monday through Thursday) from 6:30 – 8:00pm at OLMC School. Runners will meet at the playground area. Please bring a water bottle, running shoes and be prepared to run! Note – regular season practice will begin the first week of school.
Starting distance will be a minimum of 1 mile for new runners and varying for returning runners as dictated by your current mileage. It is highly recommended that interested runners should begin some summer running on your own. Please contact Coach Bob McKenna for additional guidance at email@example.com.
A roster will be prepared throughout the summer so please email Coach McKenna with your contact information (name, grade, phone, email). Both Coach McKenna and Coach Chris Davidson look forward to another successful and fun season.
Crusader 2015 Co-Ed Soccer
Thank you for your interest in the 2015 Fall Soccer Season at OLMC School. The team is open to students who are in good academic standing in 6th-8th grades. Below is some information that may be helpful.

There will be two weeks of conditioning which is strongly encouraged yet not required. may attend one or both conditioning weeks. Any enrolled OLMC student in 6th-8th grades may come to conditioning. Attendance and soccer skills observed during conditioning week will have no bearing on tryout evaluations. However, behavior exhibited during conditioning may be impactful to a player making the team.
Conditioning Week One: 10-14 August from 6:00-8:00 PM at Boulevard Park next to Riverside Hospital.
Conditioning Week Two: 17-21 August from 6:00-8:00 PM at Boulevard Park next to Riverside Hospital.
Tryouts: August 24-26 from 3:30 pm to 5:30 pm Boulevard Park. Players must attend all 3 days!
Please bring all soccer gear to both conditioning and tryouts to include: ball, shin guards, goalie gloves if needed for position, and plenty of water. It is recommended that players apply sunscreen and pull hair back if long. Cleats are not required unless players earn a spot on the team. Players must be able to commit 4 days a week for practice and games. Practices will be held M-Th 3:30-5:00 PM. Games usually M-Th at 4:00 PM per schedule – typically 1 or 2 games per week.
In case of rain, please email, call or text to see if practice will be held. The team does play in the rain as long as there is not lighting.
