Greetings! We had a great first week of school. In fact, I think it is the best first week I have experienced with a class. The children are responding well to the expectations and routines we are setting in place.
I hope that all of you are able to make it to Parent Night this Thursday at 6 p.m. It is very important that you are aware of the procedures and expectations here at school. The children succeed best when we work together.
In this week’s Wednesday folder, you will find a packet of papers that are stapled together. These are papers to be corrected, signed and returned to school. It is very important that children learn from their mistakes at school to avoid repeating them. Papers not stapled in that packet can stay at home.
Our Library time has been changed. The children will have Library on Thursday at 2 p.m. instead of in the morning.
